Sunday Ponderings

Its been a crazy week. Between the slandering of my name and the difficulty it has brought between my sisters and I, I still can smile. I'm looking forward to my first vacation in two years. And in actuality, I cant even call the time off I had two years ago a vacation as I was off work due to life-threatening medical reasons. But I am looking forward to the time I can spend with my kids in the coming week. We don't have a lot planned because of financial reasons, but Im sure they will remember the quality time we spend together, it doesn't really matter where. Although, I am still planning on taking them to the campgrounds one day so I can spend some nice time with my friend Tracey.

Im trying to ferfevently finish my review arc, Left to Die by Lisa Jackson. My deadline came up and bit me in the toe when I was in loony land. Its a large book, over 500 pages, but Im confident I can finish it this week. The plot is sound and the characters are almost real, so should be a no brainer, if I can step away from the TV. My daughter and I are currently working our way through Buffy Season 2. Mindless fun.

The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave a comment. It's appreciated.
