I would love to win this book. I am trying to replace all of the chemicals I use with more natural solutions. I am tired of using harsh products full of chemicals on my body because I have started to wonder what the long term damage may be.

ReplyDeleteLet me tell you... tea tree oil mixed with vitamin E skin oil works so well on blemishes and cuts. The tea tree oil is a natural antiseptic (it has a smell you need to get used to, though... not bad, just sharp), and the vitamin E helps heal. If there is inflammation, maybe even infection, boil some water, add some sea salt, drop in a chamomile tea bag, add some tea tree and vitamin E oil and then use the tea bag as a compress. It's amazing.

1 I mix sugar with olive oil for a great hand scrub that gets off all the dry skin and scrubs all the dirt from the garden out of my skin and leaves my hands soft and silky! Just wash with a bit of dish liquid afterwards.
