Writer Wellness: A Writer's Path to Health and Creativity by Joy E. Held

Joy Held used to be a great freelancer but took a break to raise her children.  Once they were able to make their own lunch, she decided it was time to go back to her writing.  However, it has been so many years since she had committed herself she was a bit lost.  Joy created her own routine that has helped her to success.  Eventually, Joy decided to share her journey with others so that they too could have that opportunity for success.

Joy shares her key points for success and she writes in such a way that you are drawn to her words.  You can definitely tell by her writing she is an ace at public speaking!

Journally, exercising, nutrition, relaxing and other hints are helpful to aid you in your journey to your own success.  Not only writing but any artistic and creative path you may choose.  A very useful tool that should be in any library to help you destress and focus on your health and creativity.

The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave a comment. It's appreciated.
