Enchanted Destiny by Rayka Mennen

In Kat’s family, the women are presented with a vision, their destiny and soul mate.  If they haven’t received it and fallen in love, they lose their magic by their twenty-fifth birthday. But if they embrace it, their powers will magnify.  Kat has given up on the vision, a mere few weeks from her birthday, so decides she has nothing to lose if the partners up with her cousin in a loan to expand their salon.

Jake, single father and construction worker can’t believe how the amazingly beautiful woman saved his life.  One moment she is walking by the site and the next, she is telling him to move and grabbing his arm.  Moments later, he would have been dead.  When she tells him she is a witch and they are soul mates, he finds the whole idea laughable.  But Kat only has three weeks to convince Jake they are soul mates and fall in love or she will lose everything.

Enchanted Destiny is a sparkling romance with a touch of the supernatural.  Jake and Kat have great chemistry and their characters complement one another perfectly, if Kat can just convince Jake of the fact.  The writing is seamless as the pages just flew by.  I really enjoyed it and look forward to reading more by this talented author!

Rayka will be here tomorrow for an interview and giveaway opportunity! Make sure to stop in!!

  1. Sounds like a fun little romance, and I do love a touch of magic.

The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave a comment. It's appreciated.
