Nightfood Snack Bars Product Review

Experts recommend a small, healthy snack before bed. Unfortunately most people either go to bed hungry (which is bad), or they eat the wrong things and go to bed on a belly full of junk (which is worse).

NightFood is a yummy and filling option that provides the nutritional foundation for better sleep. It's also formulated to help you fall asleep more easily, and get better quality sleep throughout the night.

NightFood is not intended for children, or for women who are pregnant or breast-feeding.

These Nightfood snack bars are designed as a dietary supplement to allow you to sleep better. They contain low sodium, plenty of protein, and are high in dietary fiber. Best of all, they taste great! The inside is a chewy, sweet mosh of real Oreo cookies and other ingredients. The outer coating is white chocolate. Yum! Who knew something that sounded so naughty for you could be so delicious and healthy?

One bar has less sugar in it than a serving of cereal and will definitely kill those late night hunger cravings. In just two bites, I felt full and still had plenty of my snack bar left. . These are definitely a new, exciting change from the traditional granola bars I usually snack on.

The manufacturer advises against eating bars except before bed, or during nighttime waking.  The bars are formulated to help you fall asleep more easily, not to knock you out.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave a comment. It's appreciated.
