Hillsong Live - Cornerstone - CD Review

Cornerstone was recorded in Sydney, Australia last fall with tens of thousands in worship at filled-to-capacity Allphones Arena. It captures the heart and sound of Hillsong Church globally representing the coming together of the Hillsong worship teams from around the world including Reuben Morgan, Joel Houston, Ben Fielding, Darlene Zschech and the international teams from London, Stockholm and Cape Town.

In their 21st Live release, Hillsong has brought us the cream of the crop.  Hillsong is known for having songs that are easy to sing to, relate to and have really resonated with many.  With their upbeat chorus's and phenomenal vocals, it's easy to see why these songs are routinely sung at worship services all over.  They sing to HIM, for HIM and it will reach in and grab a hold of you, uplifting you and filling you with His presence through them.  Their messages are unique with each song, from forgiveness to His love in a contemporary album that is sure to bring joy and peace to many.  This CD had it's own spot in my heart, as no matter what I'm feeling or going through, there's a song on here to remind me of my purpose and to praise Him and to have faith!

*I received a copy of this cd in exchange for my honest opinion.

The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave a comment. It's appreciated.
