U.S. Cellular Hello Better

Cellphones.  Most of us have them and at one time or another, I think we've been frustrated with our carrier.  If not, then I am in the minority.  I have two teenagers, a boy and a girl.  My son would rather pick up the phone than call, so he doesn't text much.  My daughter, on the other hand, is a text diva.  Last month alone, she racked up almost 20000 texts.  How does that happen? No, that is not too many zeros.  Obviously with a child that texts that much we have to have texting included in our plan.  It's a no brainer for me. But then she started using data! Data wasn't included in our plan, so each time she used it, it costed me money.  I called my carrier and asked to put a date block on her phone.  They did, but then the next month, guess what? I had another data charge.  It seems that you can text certain numbers and it costs data.  I didn't know that but what I do know is that I was irate.  The bill was over $600!! They didn't offer to take care of it (it's their fault, in my opinion), they didn't offer to lower the bill and they didn't apologize.  Basically, it was my problem.  Yes, I've left that carrier for somewhere better and I'm extremely happy right now with my carrier.  I get good coverage, great customer service and I don't get hideous surprising bills.

There is a better option out there.  You don't have to be frustrated anymore.  There is U.S. Cellular Hello Better! They believe that a phone service is to aid you in making your life better, not holding you back.   The service is great and the associates are kind and helpful.  Kindness goes along way in my book.

With U.S. Cellular, you can also get unique benefits like no contract after your first one ends.  I love this aspect. There is nothing worse than being locked into a two year contract that never ends. Also, you can get free incoming calls and texts, free battery replacement and free overage protection.  On top of all of that,  they have a rewards program - you earn points that you redeem for rewards.  Very cool.

Check out how their plans stack up against your current carrier! Again, you don't need to be frustrated - you can change your carrier.  Say goodbye to inferior service and say hello to better.

The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave a comment. It's appreciated.
