Cupid in the Cosmos by Tam Collinson

Does true love exist?

City workaholic Martin is renovating his dream cottage in the Wye Valley and is determined to find the right girl to share it with. Fed up with flitting from one half-hearted relationship to another, he decides to join every singles club going.

Meanwhile, Nadia, a doctor from the Ukraine is becoming increasingly frustrated with her British husband. He wants to settle in front of the TV. She wants to buy a sports car and live life to the max.

Both Martin and Nadia are asking the same question:

'Is there anyone out there...for me?

Cupid in the Cosmos is an entertaining read.  Collinson has built complex, yet realistic characters that are easy to relate to in today's world.   Relationships have changed quite a bit over the years, especially with the invention of the internet.  It changed the dating scene.

Collinson shows how hard it can be to find your soul mate, but when you do, it's worth the struggle.  Martin and Nadia are two characters from two different backgrounds, but seeking the same thing.  Their journey to their destination is different, yet parallel.  If you enjoy a book with excellent writing and memorable characters, pick this one up today!

The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave a comment. It's appreciated.
