A Touch of Scandal by Jennifer Haymore with Giveaway!

The story in A Hint of Wicked is picked up with A Touch of Scandal with the Duke of Calton right in the thick of it.

Garrett is chasing his sworn enemy, William Fisk and is pretty sure that he and his wife, Garrett's sister Rebecca, are nearby in a cozy little cottage.  Camping nearby while he decides what to do, he is intrigued when he catches Kate spying on him while he swims in the nude.

She may not be a Lady but she is still quite fetching and she captures Garrett's heart.  But, it's revealed before long that she is William's sister and Garrett believes Kate set out to seduce him to help her brother.

Kate doesn't want to have to choose between her family and Garrett, but she will do what she has to.  Garrett's kisses set her afire, but how do you choose your heart over family? There's Kate's little brother Reggie to think about as well, a sicky child that Kate takes care of.

A Touch of Scandal is a passionate historical romance that had me up late turning the pages, wanting to find what would happen next.  Just when you think the duo will finally find love and peace, something else happens that has you questioning what? why now? But Ms. Haymore takes us on a journey of scandal, murder, love and romance and she does it will grace and exciting characters.  Highly recommend and I look forward to more from Ms. Haymore.

The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave a comment. It's appreciated.
