From Amazon - Azaleigh's life is simple until, by chance, she meets Kale. Charming and handsome, Az is immediately drawn to him. But long kept secrets lurk in the hearts of those Az holds most dear, and dangerous plans are unfolding around her. As her life begins to crumble and Kale disappears, Gage, charismatic and striking, arrives, providing a calm port in an increasingly violent storm. But with every narrow escape from a far from human bounty hunter who's after her life, Az begins to unravel a secret with the power to change her forever. In an increasingly hostile world of Angel and Fallen, Azaleigh must navigate her own path, chose her own side, and ultimately protect her heart. Faced with two gorgeous men, an enemy she doesn’t know, and a future she cannot understand, Az must make a choice--the man she loves, or the man she cannot live without.
Just when you think angels and demons has been written to death, comes along Flesh and Feathers, paling the competition in comparison.
Azaleigh 'Az' has a simple life and so when she meets Kale, a big hunk of gorgeous, it doesn't take long for her to fall under his spell. She falls head over heels for him, even if he can be a bit aloof. But, Az doesn't question him too deeply and things move along until she finds out who he really is when they are attacked.
Then, she realizes that her friends have been keeping information from her, things that Az has no ideal about. But when Kale disappears, Az's heart is broken and she draws into herself with her pain. But then a new man comes along who helps her heal, Gale.
He's almost the opposite of Kale, accepting her advances and loving her in a way she has not been before. But there is something dark hovering around Az, and when it catapults, Az will need to put her life in the hands of her secretive friends and hope for the best.
What happens and why dark forces are after Az I will not spoil for you. There is romance, intrigue, well-developed and engaging characters and great action scenes that will keep you thoroughly entertained. A great urban fantasy that is well-written and will have you up late turning the page! Fantasy and paranormal readers will want to add this one to their wishlist!

The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.
