My Pop-Up Bible Stories by Juliet David

With a pop-up scene on every page, children will cherish this selection of favorite stories from the Old and New Testaments. From the moment Baby Moses is found floating in a basket among the bulrushes to Jesus' stilling of the storm, children will be captivated by Daniel Howarth's remarkable illustrations as each story pops off the page.

What a cute and delightful book! Little ones will be enchanted with the vibrant illustrations and the two dimensional pop-outs on every page.  My Pop-Up Bible Stories talks about five well-known Bible stories, a great foundation to start teaching your child about the Bible, such as baby Moses and Daniel in the Lion's Den.  The book is very sturdy, with extra anchors on the pop-outs so they will hold up will to little fingers.  There are also Bible references after each story so you can cross reference.  A great book to engage your little ones or read at bedtime.

The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.
