I'm not a beer drinker, so I sort of glossed over that section, but if you drink it, there are options for you as well - a chart showing how many calories in each particular brand, portions and more!
You can be the life of the party, drinking and having a good time, with low calorie drinks or you can be the designated driver and just nurse a soda and lime, but either way, you're sure to stay on track with your diet.
