Zumba by Beto Perez

I have almost no willpower. Zero. Zilch. Nada. I work alot of hours at the office, so when I come home I want something fast and easy. Frozen and deli foods have been a staple in my house, but no more. I discovered Zumba!

Zumba was created by celebrity fitness trainer Beto Perez. It's fun, hip and you lose weight and feel better about yourself. The dance steps are simple and help shape and tone your body and the meal plan is absolutely doable and it tastes great. You won't go away hungry!

You start with the 5 Day Epress plan to jump start your weight loss then you move into the 14 Day meal plan. The diet is rich in fruits and vegetables and grains. It empathizes monounsaturaed fats like olive oil and canola, which lowers your cholesteral and burns belly fat!

  2. My book came with a DVD, but I'm not sure if they all come like that - sorry. Mine was to review, but I would imagine they would to get the full work-out :)
