I've seen energy drinks for years - but I've never taken them. I use St. John's Wort to help moderate my mood sometimes and relax, and for extra pep, I usually drink a coffee or soda. I was recently given the opportunity though to try Take 10 - To Relax and To Sleep. Granted, I have taken sleeping pills in the past, but only when absolutely necessary. I hate taking sleeping pills; I'm always afraid I'll sleep too deep and miss something vitally important.
Take 10 TO RELAX
TAKE 10™ TO RELAX is a perfect blend of organic herbal ingredients to support stress relief, muscle relaxation, tension relief and a calming effect on the mind.
TAKE 10™ TO RELAX has a great and soothing taste combined with a curve-busting, proprietary blend of 875mg of effective herbal ingredients (in a category only used to 500mg of active ingredients).
It’s herbal blend reduces mental and physical stress, allows for feelings of relaxation, improves cognition and mood, mild muscle relaxant effects, prevents fatigue and curbs anxiety.
This one shot comes in a white grape flavor. It is VERY sweet, but it doesn't take long to feel the effects. Your soon pretty mellow and relaxed. It does what it says it will do and to top it all off - no sugars, no calories and no carbs.
TAKE 10 TO SLEEP
Take 10 to Sleep comes in a blackberry flavor. Again, it's really sweet but it's smooth tasting. This one also has zero calories, sugars or carbs. About a half an hour after I took this shot, I started to feel sleepy. When I woke up the next morning, no headache. Some sleeping aids give you a headache or you are groggy for awhile after you awake - but not Take 10. It's very effective.
One of the positive things about these products is that they are all natural. No nasty chemicals for your body. I've seen alot of energy drinks but as this is the only one I have tried, and it was extremely effective, I'd doubt I'd spend my money on those other drinks. A great alternative to those pesky pills and aids!

Reading!! Haha, it's the best thing before bed!

Sounds great especially since I've been too stressed out and haven't had much sleep. If I can't sleep or want to relax, I usually read until I doze off. Not really effective if it's a really good book but...

I am an insomniac that has tried many things to make me sleep.
ReplyDeleteBut for the most part I usually just stay up to the wee hours in the morning before going to bed. And average about five hours per night.
